I specifically stopped by Balıkesir to eat kokoreç. It didn't turn out as I hoped. The staff are very caring. But we ate the classic half bread kokoreç. It seemed ordinary. It is an insatiable place with its own signature recipes and products derived from kokoreç. Even though we went there around 01:30 at night, they were extremely hospitable and attentive.
