I heard that there is a new chef at this restaurant, and I must say that the food is delicious. It is definitely worth coming out on a winter's day for. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The country pub atmosphere is lovely, especially by the warm fire. Thank you again to all at Brown Hill, and we will see you again soon.

After coming back again and again Brown Hill Hotel has shown they are a family friendly restaurant. Even whilst running on what seemed like limited staffing they were friendly, helpful, attentive with 5 star customer service with even the owners coming past to ask how the food was and our families night going. The food was absolutely delicious starting with the entree and ending with over full stomachs with dessert. highly recommend sticky date pudding Loved the atmosphere and really loved the way you order your food and drinks from the comfort of your table great customer service . After myself working In hospitality for over 35yrs and seeing how covid has changed our dining and entertainment industry I do feel it is a good thing to get behind our local country businesses whilst still understand how stressful it can be and how hard to find good caring staff, Which they have… Thank you from our family and our interstate visitors. We booked early for Mother's Day lunch and we were glad we did because Brown Hill did not disappoint. The staff were welcoming and the 3-course meal was delicious. The Pulled Beef brisket sliders were incredible - tender and flavorful. The salmon was cooked perfectly and paired well with peas, fennel, and crispy mini potatoes. Dessert was also a highlight with mini treats like lemon meringue, chocolate ganache, vanilla panna cotta, and melting moments served with whipped cream. The staff were busy but still attentive, and the prices were great. We highly recommend booking at Brown Hill for a fantastic meal. We'll be back for Father's Day! Yeaaa, Dine in is back. After having Brown Hill Hotel take-away it was great to go in and dine tonight. Lovely polite staff. Owners came over to introduce themselves and great us all. Brown Hill Parma was fantastic, from the great crunch crumb chicken to the golden steak fries. Tried the speial on the board which was Chicken Carbonara Pie, Yum, this is a keeper not just for a special. Squeezed in dessert kind of wished i hadnt eaten so much Love churros especially with the chocolate sauce. So Glad to Support Local Pub. Thank you Brown Hill Hotel.....
