Love this hotel, luckily I’ve got it on my doorstep, practically! Staff are amazing, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Mid day lunch is really good. Lots of choice. It's a lovely Hotel in the heart of Ballina with beautiful views.This is our second time to stay here and I'm sure we'll be back again. The last time the stay was perfect, great food friendly staff but this time was everything we got last time except the room we had was it's facing staff room.
