The manager Kate was very rude to the customers, visibly annoyed with them (for seemingly no reason) and spoke VERY rudely sassy to her employees. It was awkward to watch. She was wearing a badge that said “we’re hiring” but the way she spoke to her employees made it very clear that I would NEVER work for her. Such a shame, it isn’t hard to just be kind. read more.
