We are a big fan of Jet’s pizza, but, the past 3 delivery orders were wrong or missing something when they delivered our food (Ballwin, MO location). We call back, and instead of offering to re-deliver what’s missing or wrong, they just offer a $5 credit on our next order over the phone, without even offering to refund our credit card. Large NY Style Round and Jets Deep Dish Bread were very delicious and decent size. I would order again from this place.

"I don't know if this place is going out of business or what, but you get about half the amount of meat, etc as I used to get. They were already overpriced and now you get skimped. Also it seems like they cook their chicken and steak maybe twice a day so it's most likely going to be old and dry."
