Yes the decor is not unusual and the speed of the service varies according to the time of the day. I came here a lot in 2015 and 2016 and had no rude server. read more.

Can't beat this old school diner for breakfast or lunch. Be ready to wait on a Sunday morning to be seated. Huge menu with tons of choices. Servers are friendly...

Great breakfast. Uncle Bill's offers great value, good service and excellent food. Do not have lunch or dinner, but highly recommend breakfast.
