Busy Bean - Feedback

What 158ernies doesn't like about Busy Bean:
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I purchased the caramel squares from a shop and left a review on the company's website. Although I received an apology, it did not make up for the fact that the caramel squares were not good quality. The restaurant is warm, cozy, and very friendly. The enticing smell of freshly baked goods welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the scones and apple pie are a must-try, especially when paired with a freshly ground coffee.
