This must be the best Japanese restaurant outside of Tokyo. Just had the best tuna sadhimi of my life. I've visited Japan many times and paid a fortune for the best tuna sashimi. Yet the best I've ever had I found in this wonderful restaurant with unbelievable service and a world class Japanese chef. What an amazing find!! Very authentic Japanese.
