Delecta - Balo-i

What Wolfgang B likes about Delecta:
We had dinner at this restaurant. Although it looks more like a fast food diner, the food was really good. I ordered the baby back ribs and also tried the kare-kare and halo-halo, all of which were delicious. The prices are quite affordable. View all feedback.

What kuyals doesn't like about Delecta:
I am reviewing the Delecta newly opened in 2014 at The Strip located in Pala-o. I ate here soon after opening and the food was average, but service was slow. They were busy so I went back about a week later for lunch. They were not very busy, but after giving me a menu no one ever came back to take my order.
