What Cristina J likes about Oscar:
The food was delicious and well made. The place is nice and chic. It looks as a good party place and is clean. Arranged with good taste. It was a pity that the workers are mostly speaking in Russian, not Romanian, so it was a little difficult to discuss the menu. The waiter did not know the menu well, but maybe he was new and is still learning. Still, he was ready to give us details after confirming with the kitchen.... View all feedback.
What Clara I doesn't like about Oscar:
Good food and nice presentation but weird service; the food was not brought in the same time for our party and one member got their food almost 40 min after ordering, we have all finished by then. Quite unpleasant. Desserts were not great, I wouldnt recommend them. View all feedback.
