The staff here are so nice and accommodating. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant- the food is amazing (try the chicken on the beach fajitas), they have the best queso around, and the staff are lovely. My favorite restaurant View all feedback.

I'll start off with this place. It looks great, and the staff are very respectful! The foods, on the other hand, I don't know if I went on an off day, but the beef tasted old. Almost like it was all cooked in the morning, and they just kept it on a warmer all day. A great spot for delicious Mexican food. The refried beans are really good and that's saying something.

Every time I eat at El Vallarta in Blair, I am never disappointed. I do have to admit though that I do have favorites. The Texas queso is amazing.
El Vallarta is the 100% go-to in Blair for great food, friendly staff, and unbelievably fast turnaround time for lunch. A couple coworkers and I go here twice a week and still can't get enough.
I’ve never once had them mess up my order. They’re always friendly with quick service!
