It's been a few years since our last visit, and we will definitely make this a regular stop! Outstanding tacos, drinks and atmosphere. Plus live music, which we've missed I've the past several months View all feedback.
What Cheryl Ross Arnold doesn't like about Banditos Tacos Tequila Federal Hill:
I've been here twice, unfortunately. This is more of a bar than a restaurant. A huge mound of food arrives at the table. Three people couldn't/ didn't want to finish the nachos. The music is great, but way too loud. It's a great spot to pre-game, but not a great dining experience. The waitstaff is rude, when they're not ignoring you. View all feedback.

Food and drinks were great staff was friendly and prices were better than I expected for being in the city
Really tasty, hearty-filled tacos. Chips had a nice layer of seasoning complementing the queso. Good price especially with inflation. Love HH here too!
The food was okay. The food was not delicious and room temperature. I was in the bathroom when the bartender was in there and she couldn't wash her hands with a soap even after I asked another bartender for a soap dispenser refill. So bad!
OMG, what a terrible experience in Banditos Maple Lawn last night, 2/27. I am local Howard County and often eat, very often in the Maple lawn area. We came to eat at Banditos last night and the place was quite empty, often for a Monday night. We decided to sit at the bar that sat three or four people on the whole bar. We were greeted in a few minutes by a bartender who pretended to be Tami, Toni or something. She said it very fast and didn't look at us. We had a menu. The guy sitting next to us said he was ready to go and asked her for his check, and she began to talk to him. She was right in front of me and wouldn't look at us or move into the least, we were literally right next to each other. We just wanted to get a drink and a starter and then order dinner. These two went on to talk for the next 10 to 15 minutes, and they wouldn't even see our way or say something.... to a minute, be with you, please go somewhere else.... nothing. We had to hear this whole conversation. She was local Howard County.... she played basketball, he was local Howard County and lived in California. He was in town for a few months because he had a complaint with an insurance company where you went to school and she was brutal. And she wouldn't meet our eyes or even recognize us. After about 15 minutes we finally left, and she never looked up, even the guy was embarrassing. On the way out of the door when we met with a quizzic view from the staff, we mentioned that we could not be served and we 're crossing to Libs Grill. They laughed and answered that they were surprised that it took so long until they performed us or something about this effect. That was our third time at Banditos and definitely our last. For what it is worth, we go to Hudson Coastal next door, Libs down the street, Steel Fire, which was in front of Bandidos on site. All are good with decent service, this place is the outlier. We're not gonna dinate there again. I'd recommend you not.
