"I have been to Ramen Utsuke DOZENS of times and I’m never disappointed! Out of all of the ramen restaurants I’ve been to, this one by far as the most options for vegans ! "The Takoyaki and the Taro Milk Tea w.Tapioca Pearls milk tea were amazing an defd deserve 10/10 ratings. However I was shocked at the Karaage Ramen... it didnt smell appetizing at all unlike the takoyaki. It was also cold and flavorless, tasted like murky water. Definitely stay away from the bowls."
