If you are looking for absolutely amazing food, this is your place. The vibe is relaxed, but the food and service are fine dining levels. The fixed menu, for just $69 per person, is extremely good value. If you want to get food this tasty and meticulously crafted anywhere else, you would be paying double or triple the amount here. It's also BYOB, so you can bring whatever wine or drink you want. View all feedback.

It may have been an off night.. first 2 dishes were some of the best I?ve had in Baltimore.. then had octopus-potato dish that came out cold and an over cooked steak dish.. finished strong with a nice dessert but 2 1/2 hours for the meal was not worth it. View all feedback.

As many have said about this restaurant is that it is a hidden gem. Went there for a week day dinner. Very small place, needed a reservation, but the ambience and food is really good. 6 course meal which changes with the season. We received a very nice Peruvian drink as it was my husband's birthday celebration. My most favorite dish was the fish dish. The fritters was also very yummy. Enjoyed the experience and highly recommend.
My wife and I made reservations online for 5:45pm on a Thursday night and received a confirmation email. We were in Baltimore to see a show and reviews for Puerto were great so it seemed like an easy choice. Unfortunately that was not our experience. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservations and found the doors locked. We rang the doorbell and got no response. We saw people inside but nobody came to the door. We decided to call them and no one answered. The buildings
