We went to Sammy's before our show at the Lyric Center. There were six people's in our group and everyone loved their meal. Between the amazing bread, delicious salad and our delicious entrees. Our waitress was phenomenal too!! We will definitely be back and tell everyone about Sammy's as well. View all feedback.

we were seated in the basement. it was freezing, many kept their coats on. it felt like a family's rec room. we arrived at our table with cut bread already there, no cover. it took at least 10 minutes to see someone come to our table. often felt we were invisible. not a good experience View all feedback.
1 hour after we ordered we had not received our meal. The tables next to us, who sat after we had ordered had been served, eaten and paid. When we asked where our food was the waiter told us it should be coming soon. There was no apology or anything. After 1 hour 15 minutes we paid for our drinks and left. Horrible service.
This family run restaurant never fails to serve up incredible food that tastes like it was made at home. Among other things, you must start with the Julia salad and then order any of their delicious pastas. The service at the bar is also fantastic. Don't miss this place.

Great food and service. I like the Julia salad and the Judge K's veal. Such tender veal. Great wine. I always enjoy my meal there.
The food and service at this restaurant were amazing. Our food arrived promptly and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. I have already recommended Sammy's to my friends for their next trip to Baltimore.
