I have been to Wayward twice, once for brunch and once for dinner. Both times I have been blown away by how amazing the food is. Their specialty fries are an absolute must try and the savory dishes leave little to be desired. I?d say this is a must try restaurant for anyone in Fed Hill! View all feedback.

The Televisions were so loud in there my ears just about started to bleed. We decided to go outside to the bar in the back. It was quieter but we were ignored. We asked for menus to order food and were given none. We ended up walking out so I can?t really at anything about the quality of the food. It appears that the girls working the bar were more interested in the one other customer that was at the bar. Really lous... View all feedback.
They don’t have BBQ or grilled chicken wings away more, just fried and extremely dry wings.Use to love their grilled wings so much.Their burgers are gross.Half the time they don’t have things that are on the menu available.Very disappointing. ?
I didn't care for the food or beverage, but the atmosphere and service was fine. I stopped in for appetizers with my sister and little brother. He likes the place, so I assumed it would be good. He said they had the best crushes in the city, so we had to get one.I ordered the grapefruit crush, which i didn't care like. I also had the soft pretzel, which had NO flavor whatsoever. None of liked it, so most of it went uneaten. We didn't care for the dipping sauces either. We also shared the fries that were decent. It's hard to mess up french fries, though. My brother liked his drink (he had alcohol), but he likes anything alcoholic. He's also worked as a bartender, so he appreciates a well-made drink. My sister also liked her drink. As I said, the service was good. I don't recall her name, but the bartender was awesome. She was fun and very personable. The vibes were good as well. I'd go back for that reason alone. Overall, though, I wasn't impressed.
The food was flavorless and bland, but generally tasted bad. It's almost as if they had to work hard to make the food taste this way. They definitely don't use any herbs or spices of any sort. I got the salmon with Parmesan Brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes. The potatoes taste like they used expired sour cream to make. The Brussel sprouts taste burnt and unseasoned without much evidence of Parmesan. The Brussels were also coated in oil. The salmon was the most tolerable item and was bland and flavorless, even with the horseradish sauce. This food was so bad, I had no choice but to look up the yelp reviews. My partner ordered wings and fries in which they were cold flavorless. There were countless bugs flying in his wings, so he asked for a box to take it to go instead. When we got home and he reheated them, he discovered they were undercooked!!!Now the service was also poor. I went with a large party of 12 and sat outside. The weather was breathtaking, but there were small gnats and flies everywhere. They can't control the bugs outdoors, but after seeing them land in our water, drinks and food at an exceptionally high rate, I would've expected them to at least offer us indoor seating which they did not. The restaurant was very empty this day, so I'm unsure why they didn't. Drinks came late and the server was very negligent. She only brought waters to half of the party. She then brought us a pitcher of water to refill OUR OWN DRINKS instead of ever coming and refilling any of our cups. Not that we would've wanted that since there were bugs in all of our drinks. Additionally ALL of the glasses were filthy. Literally every single one. I wish I took pictures, but my stomach couldn't take it. Our server also didn't prebus our table. She would sit more food around countless dirty plates. I had to stack my own plates towards the end and ask her to kindly remove them. All I can say is thank God this restaurant is closing in a week. Their downtown location might have better service, but if the food taste the exact same, I wouldn't recommend going.
The Wayward Bar in Baltimore, Maryland is the perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy the ambiance. I was particularly impressed with the bartender, Berkeley King. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the extensive list of cocktails and took the time to make recommendations based on my preferences. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made for a memorable experience. I highly recommend checking out this bar and asking for Berkeley to mix up something amazing.
Wonderful bar/restaurant combo. After moving into the area I was immediately looking for my “go-to” spot in town for food and drinks. My roommates and I immediately gravitated to Wayward. Food and Drinks, phenomenal! But what was even better, the service. All of the staff was amazing, especially the Manager Berkley. She was so kind and helpful when navigating the menu, and had great banter keeping our constant dinners and drinks entertaining and lighthearted. If you live/are visiting the area, Wayward is a 10/10 must go!
