Customer service needs major improvement. Cashier didn’t say hello or look up when I walked in. She came over to me a handful of minutes later and continued looking down. She had 0 manners and didn’t smile or say thank you. Is this what customer service is these days? View all feedback.
Such a nice staff. So easy to do business with. I never feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff when I call, which lately is way too common in the industry. I so much appreciate the kindness.
This restaurant has a weird layout so I was thrown off from the start. My diet coke was flat and I mentioned it to the people behind the counter but nothing was done about it. My boyfriend said the coffee was good and he enjoyed some kind of strawberry pastry.
Squash soup and turkey bacon panini were delicious! Servers were very professional and friendly!!
