We went during high season (july 4th) so your mileage may vary ... really tasty food, kitchen clearly cares a lot about the taste of what they are sending out. Nothing fancy, but that isn't what you are looking for here. However, they are understaffed and the wait staff is over taxed a bit as things get busy. So, just be patient and have a little sense of humor and be glad you are being served! View all feedback.
What Ross Fisher doesn't like about Angelo's Italy:

Dog friendly. Service was amazing. Live music was lovely. But OMG the food was so delicious! The vibe and decor are great, old grandmas houses style with vintage furniture everywhere.
Atmosphere was excellent, very nice dinner music by James Taylor. Service was spot on, and the mushroom ravioli mixed with the meat sauce lasagnas was to die for.
Wonderful and authentic small Italian joint. Relaxing live music.
They had a live band playing jazz which was nice. We were on the patio and the band was just the right volume. Food was American Italian, sauce/gravey was sweet, pizza crust thin.
