Absolutely fabulous charcuterie restaurant in the Banff Springs. It's a cute, cozy spot full of history, with wonderful service and advice from Dana and brilliant food from the chef. Cocktails, wines, meats, cheeses, delicious pickled vegetables, breads, amazing chocolate truffles, and much more... this is my favorite restaurant at the Banff Springs and I'm SO glad it's back open again! The current menu may be expanded on site to include seasonal specialties and weekly recommendations. In addition to a variety of meals, the card also offers a diversity of beverages and typical house dishes. Additionally, the menu also takes into account dishes and ingredients that have been positively highlighted by guests, even if these have not yet been entered.
