"This was one of our favourite meals on the trip. Service was amazing. Asher our waiter was excellent. Pretzel bread with whipped butter (save some to dip in the fondue). We got the half fondue and it was plenty for two people to share. The schnitzel was super crispy and huge. Halibut was cooked with a nice crust but a little small on the sides. The chocolate fondue for dessert was amazing and the home made marshmallows was my favourite part. It was expensive but worth the experience and the view of the lake."

"A cool atmosphere in an old train station - high ceilings - wood floors - good vibe. My wife's "purple freeze" cocktail was excellent. Beer selection somewhat limited but I did find a lager to my liking. The food was disappointing. Burger was mediocre - NY strip steak was flavorful but unusually chewy even for a NY strip with lots of veins - chocolate cake was dry, not worth the calories. Bill came to $96 (cocktail, beer, burger, table d'hote). We'd go back for a cocktail - but not to eat."

"We were guests of the gas house, so we thought we were going to try legendary for breakfast. the omelette was delicious. my man had the bagel with laughs he really enjoyed. there is also an breakfast buffet with a chocolate fountain. service was good."

"Outstanding.. Great location. Great food. It's an all-time favorite. The cosy atmosphere with the fireplace makes it a great destination for special occasions. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere."
