"Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The food was beyond outstanding. The short rib was so tender that you didn’t need a knife. The flavours and attention to detail was unbelievable. The presentation was as beautiful as it was delicious. Go and experience this amazing cuisine before this chef moves on to New York or Paris. I know this all sounds gushing, but it is absolutely true. The service was just as impressive, including the chef personally checking in at every table to ensure that everyone was pleased with their meal. Something you rarely see anymore. Well done Altitude. Can’t wait to come back."
