"I will give no star if I could. I came to this restaurant with a good expectation. It has Michellin star, people queue up to eat, so why not try? We were to wait more than one hour for a table. When we got in we saw several tables were available but not clean yet, while alot of people seating outside. When we re about to order, we were told that almost more than half of the menu had gone while some other are not available due to no ingredient (flour! No flour!? why it is so hard to inform the waiting clients that the menu has gone so they might be able to find somewhere else to eat!!? We have a 4 yo after waiting for 1.30 hr she is quite hungry. We must order something. ..so we got a fried rice (was ok and a lemon steamed squid. The squid was pre steamed. When they brought to the table it was simply pour sauce over with some uncooked veggie. It was mediocre, i m sure we can find a cheap by the street seafood place and served better than this. At least they are not this lazy when making food to sell. You dont need to queue for this. Trust me. Why spend money for a bad experience? First one star that I gave on google( and take the time to write damn long review Its that disappointing. Editing: after my one star review, this page has a flush of new 5 stars reviews, all these account are new, only review this place? And said the food “tasty, good service, no wait time” quite suspicious arent they???"

"I have been visiting this place for 5+ years and very often. I usually get truffle ravioli, it's definitely the best in town. They cater for people with food allergies very well. Great place to visit with family and friends. This is definitely a gem, you won't be disappointed."

"I'm very impressed the taste of their food. Every menu that I had eaten is very good in quality and taste, but the staffs were not active as much. One of them fill my green tea a half of glass then a jar was empty and she did not comeback to fill fully."

"I've been a customer of Wine Connection since long before COVID. I usually am satisfied with their various branches. However, when I visited their Mega Bangna outlet with an Eatigo booking, some things went very wrong. 1 wrong prices. They advertised the salmon pizza at 250 (less 50% , in the restaurant they used 330 as the base price. They advertised the mixed platter at 650, the basis for discount in the restaurant however was 760. 2 One order of food was not discounted at all, for no understandable reason and without warning or explanation. What distinguishes the Camembert from the rest of the menu? 3 the service charge was not 10%, but a whopping 20%, as it is based not on the actual bill, but on the original full prices. Frankly, I can't recall any restaurant ever anywhere having this policy of servicecharging promotional items based on the full price. I tried to get feedback from their customer service on Messenger and from the owner directly on Insta, both efforts getting ignored.
