"Yesterday at 12:30 pm I had visited the Dublin bar/restaurant. When a customer comes to eat at a 5 star restaurant/bar, they come not only for the sake of eating but also for the entire experience and feeling. At first, when I entered there was no greeting, I then had to ask the only man present there by the name of Mr.Janardhan if it was open for lunch. He was initially trying to discourage me by saying the menu was limited and the all day dining restaurant next door was a better option but since I wanted to order just a sandwich and lime soda I said it’s alright. Also I liked the decor of the bar, hence wanted to dine there. When he brought the napkin along with the cutlery, I had requested for a tissue as I was chewing gum. He first said a napkin is there and I had to literally ask him again and again for a tissue,only then he got me one. I order for a sweet lime soda, it was good I ordered for a club sandwich which comes with French fries. He brought it with potato wedges and said “ there are not French fries, the potato wedges are crispy”. Personally I have no issue but this is not the way. I should have been informed while they were preparing the food by saying that since French fries are not available, are potato wedges alright. Also quite surprising to not have a basic item like French fries but that was not the issue, the way things were done. Not a word on how the food was or if I need anything else. We are not paying only for the food but for the experience as well. My suggestion is to put energetic staff who have a passion for hospitality. This would help the hotel brand as a whole. Everything else was great, for example, the cleaning staff in the restroom was courteous and polite, the doorman was sweet."

"Loved the ambience and the stellar staff! We went for the Saturday lunch buffet. The place is sunlit and gorgeous, full of lovely touches of colourful plants and chair cushions against white interiors. There was live music, with a singer with a beautiful voice giving us major school nostalgia with their song selection. The food was very tasty. I highly recommend the starters the cauliflower fry, the falafel, the fish fingers were excellent. I took a big good gulp of the beetroot and carrot juice! I liked the salad portions on small plates I picked the Waldorf and the watermelon and feta. Both were fresh. From the main fare, we loved so many of the offerings the Mangalorean fish curry was lovely, as was the gosht biryani. The noodles were very flavourful and I really enjoyed the ratatouille. The paneer kofta curry was good, too. I meandered towards the sweets good small portions, which made you try more of the range. Loved the blueberry cheesecake, the chocolate mousse, and cinnamon bread pudding. I went for a second round of main fare and decided to try the burrito. The live counter gave me a lovely, customised one. Of course, we had the coffee, and soaked in the bright views of the pool. Highly recommended for a good catch up with friends.
