We ordered tofu stuffed wrap, veg meals which includes 3 rotis, dal makhni and yellow dal (u get to choose the curry from the list) and chicken biriyani.. Every thing tasted good.. There was a offer running when we visited which was everything on the menu costed 100₹ post 10 PM. Overall we liked it.. Ambience: Quality: Services: Options: Price:
Being a huge fan of Eat.Fit foods online where I would order almost daily, was keen to visit when I saw Eat.Fit outlet in Indiranagar.. With simple n vibrant decor, they kept the place minimalistic... With healthy customized meal options to choose they also have snacks n other boxes at the self serve counter.. Tried the non veg meal that came with wheat parathas, murgh khurchan , chilli chicken along with salad..... People may think Eat.Fit is costly but imagine you getting a good non veg meal for 210 which is very good deal when you are getting delicious food that is the best of quality healthy version. Found the intense chocolate thick shake in the menu.... Excited to try this as I was mentioned it comes with zero sugar .... This is just chocolate and nothing else.... Not the sweetest chocolate shake but definitely good one to satisfy chocolate cravings. Ended my meal with cappuccino that came along side jaggery powder.. Never had this way but it is good n decent coffee for coffee freaks out there.. Will definitely visit soon back recommend for sure...
Staying away from home comes with a cost normally in form of comprising good and healthy food. No matter how much outside restaurants promise to be as close to home cooked food but in real they can never match to those standards. I was alone for a week and had to manage with outside food. After hearing about this place multiple times I was excited to try this one from a very long time. I tried their different offerings over the week and found it very close to home cooked food. They focus on ingredients to make sure the food is high in protein with minor tweaks which doesn't affect the overall experience. You don't feel that in the name of healthy food you are having boring food. The food is packed very nicely, delivered on time and come with complete description of multiple nutrients. In order to have it for a longer period, I would suggest them to add more items in their menu. Overall an amazing substitute for home food!!!
Well, with all Diwali binging, your system must have taken a toll with all the butter loaded greasy goodness that’s very much part of Indian festivals. Well I did, binge took to the gym with a vengeance. But we all know that alone is not going to help, a proper detox and a low calorie meal is what will help to get back to shape, faster. Sounds boring, Right! Well it need not be. I discovered some great detox options at Eat.Fit, recently. This cafe associated with Cult.Fit, promotes healthy eating with little or no trade off on taste. The options I tried here at Eat.Fit was something that my tastebuds could not understand why they are termed healthy. After all healthy food choices have to take a cut on taste. Not here probably, the Chilli Paneer With Hakka Noodles was simply delicious, like it would do in any Chinese outlets. The noodles had a little less oil treatment during the stir fry, however the accompanied saucy chilli paneer made the noodles not too dry for the palate and made me devour the meal in minutes. The accompanies salad super food of the day, (jaggery toasted peanuts, in my case) was a perfect meal that was filling to the stomach and fulfilling to the heart. The sweet guilt of eating chinese was written off when I saw the calorie count, standing at a mere 763 Calories Per Serving. Almost all meals here are loaded on the side with some superfood of the day and an Indian salad. There are multitude of options on drink, and I had decided to try a bottle of Pineapple Delight with a dash of cranberry in it. Another day, another meal, I tried the Indian variation, with Dal Makhani Brown Rice Vegetarian Pulao. The Dal Makhani, was something that was made well with probably little or no butter or cream, but had a mild smokiness that I liked. The brown rice was very dry but went well with the Dal, the only change I needed was a tinge of salt that I added to make this dish delicious. Overall it was a great attempt at making a Rich punjabi dish, minus the calories. A mere 601 calories, is something that I wouldn’t mind indulging in, often. I did indulge once on a chocolate thick shake made with a large bit of whey, chocolate and milk, absolutely delicious. A great place to even indulge on your cheat day, don’t miss this place, give it a try let me know.
