Hillary 3 - Bangkok

What User likes about Hillary 3:
one of my regular places to hang around, get a beer and play pool. the pool is free what is beautiful, and they currently have a buy-1-get-1-free offer on all drinks that is also beautiful. it will be a bit loud as they have new loudspeakers installed in the second floor, or maybe they just switched on them, I'm not sure, but it's not really a place for talks. What User doesn't like about Hillary 3:
I liked this place previously but am starting to go off it. Beer reasonably priced in happy hour. Food was nice. Staff will pester for a drink too much. Last week I visited on an afternoon when it was quiet but they had run out of beer chillers (condoms). They did not tell me when I ordered my bottle. Paid and left. Plenty of other bars with cold beer View all feedback.
