I work at Dunkin on Union Street, and I can honestly say that they offer some of the best service in the area. They are always accurate when it comes to preparing your order, and they do so quickly and efficiently. View all feedback.
What Ottis Lockman doesn't like about Dunkin':
I rarely post negative reviews. Ordered a toasted bagel w/veg cream cheese and black coffee. Bagel cold with barely a teaspoon of cream cheese on entire bagel and coffee lukewarm. Will not patronize this location again. View all feedback.
Walk-in. Quick this morning providing bakery items, very slow with drink. Took students and another patron was very generous after a student let them go ahead

I went to the Dunkin Donuts on Union Street Bangor Maine (store #5593), I paid $9 and change for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I ask for 4 creams and sugars on the side. I got 4 dirty pack of sugars. Not only the packaging is dirty, the sugar inside the packaging look and clump together. It looks like the sugar is saturated in coffee and dry up and server to the customer. Nasty!! The second reason I gave the service one star, is because while I am sitting in there eating my breakfast, I went to the counter ask for a cup of ice water. The old man at the counter charge me 54 cents for a small cup of ice water. I couldn 't believe it. And they wander why people gravitate to coffee shop like STARBUCKS. Well, if you ask me, I will say It 's SERVICE!!! I can probably understand the charge if I did not purchase anything at the store but want a cup of ice water. Maybe, just maybe the 54 cents charge could have been justified. Shame on you Dunking Donuts. Third, the toilet is disgusting. It 's 7 AM, there are only 2 people sitting in the store. May they did not clean it before open. One of the questions below is Is this restaurant wheelchair accessible? My answer is NO. Because when you are in a wheelchair, it is very hard to PULL a door. Yes, there is a ramp, but how is a WC bound person suppose to pull that door.
Went in the other day and had to wait for someone to finish talking about beer with the cashier while he waited for his order instead Of standing where you wait for your food/drinks so other people can order. When he finally left, I walked up and the cashier didn’t even look up or acknowledge me I had to initiate the interaction. I ordered a refresher and they were out of the ingredients so I ordered a different drink and she read me back a completely wrong order. When I got my order I asked for whipped cream and was schooled about how it costs extra and I needed to ask when I ordered because it only comes on “fancy drinks”. I said ok nevermind not a big deal and he continued to carry on but still put it on my drink, which was nice. Overall, very uncomfortable and weird experience.
They get what they're paying for. coffee and juice were okay, but the inner was incredibly dirty. Two stars.
