What David Thompson likes about Dunkin':
Every employee I've met here has been fast and friendly. Good service, even under the pressure of a constant stream of customers. The challenge is the line: in the morning or afternoon the wait often has drive-through traffic piling up into the road in both directions, near some daily busy intersections. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
Must have arrived at the wrong time; got in line for the drive through at 10:15 only to not move after 30 minutes, called the store and they said the first one in line had a ice food order. Went inside to order, after ordering waited another 20 minutes to get two drinks, an iced tea and a medium coffee and two donut holes.They must be short staffed but should be cozignant of this when coming to this Dunkin.
