"Today I had Harvest Moon cater a employee appreciation day event and they hit it out of the park! They said they would include everything including silverware and condomints and they did that and more. Crackers for the soup and croutons for the salad everything was spot on. It was better then I ever expected. I want to extend my appreciation to the staff of Harvest Moon Bangor for a job well!!!! I will be back for more catering and if you need catering please try them it was excellent!!! THANK YOU!"

"Blaze is one of my favorite restaurants for the food selections, drinks , atmosphere, and service. However, I was disappointed on Valentine's day with the menu selection. I completely understand a special holiday menu for the ease and convenience on such a busy holiday, but I am vegan and gluten free and had not realized a month ago, when I had made the reservation, that I would only be able to eat one small modified choice off the menu. Blaze usually has so many options that I can eat which is why I selected it for my valentines destination. My boyfriend and I would have stayed longer, ordered more drinks, and the full courses, which sounded lovely, but since my options were limited we got one thing off the menu each, ate quickly paid our bill, and left. On a positive note the service was wonderful as always and I will continue to eat at Blaze regularly, but will probably pay more attention for holiday menu changes in the future before making a reservation."

"Their cookie/cake section is my favorite. It?s absolutely phenomenal. The frosting is super rich and creamy, it goes along with the light and fluffy cookie base perfectly and make your mouth water. They have amazing decorating skills too, you?d think they were gourmet specialty cookies. The way the frosting layers with each other is so delicate and elegant, it melts in your mouth. I also really like their crunchy and cheesy pizza along with their massive selection ofpastries and donuts."
