another amazing place to stop by when they are looking to experience authentic Asian food in maine! great personal and also charming ambiente. everything I ordered quickly arrived and tasted amazing. What User doesn't like about Umami Noodle:
In what universe does this constitute as Tonkotsu Ramen? Not in this one or any one that I know of. Please don 't let the picture of the bowl of noodle fool you to think that it good it is not. The broth which was supposed to be Tonkotsu was luke warm water with the remnants chicken/pork flavor and boiled broccoli.
