"Recommended by a colleague. they were here for a few moments and they never failed to impress. the service we received was so amazing, the staff are friendly, let us welcome and gave us an amazing experience. my gothic place for Indian cuisine. eating is always fantastic and no matter what I order. the spicy chips, rara ghosht and vindaloo is a must try. they also serve italian, which I still try, but in any case will try in the coming days."

"I won a meal for two in a Facebook compition whichI was delighted with .my sisters law and I went to cafe Essence last Thursday night and we had a wonderful evening. Soft music playing in the background and the food was mouth watering.The guy who served us was very attentive couldn't do enough for us I had Lemon crusted cod,garden peas,hand cut chips ,homemade tomato salsa which was all beautiful ,Pauline had chicken chassaurwith veg and hand cut chips for dessert we both had warm chocolate fudge cake with cream we were both stuffed to the gills a truly wonderful meal a beautiful way to spend a windy Thursday night Cafe Essence is a jewel in Bangors crown I would easy give them 11 out of 10 for the food.thank you Cafe Essence for a wonderful night.x"

"Had a wonderful meal here recently. the aromen and combinations were fantastic. we had a cashew, methi-style pornstar and a corma pornstar. both were amazing as the next-courts and the popadoms. I eat here and abroad a lot of Indian food and found this one of the best I have eaten so far. the it area above is quite atmospheric and I found the staff quiet and somewhat slow, but eating was all we were interested. they have an early bird special I found to have limited dishes on my taste.
