What Julie Batz likes about Aqua:
great place. cheap food. their meals are their typical Vietnamese foods, but it is of great value, especially for their price. all the dishes (which I tried) taste great. their bark over 3 dishes are very well cooked; soft and juicy (especially the wagyu). would recommend ordering it. they also have really, really good Vietnamese iced coffee; one of the best I tried. it is not too sweet, but it is not bitter either....
