What User likes about Chef’s Dynasty:
A spacious restaurant but small crowd on Thursday lunch hours. It's not the dim sum that impressed but the pot of tea. The less common green tea ordered may not be available in most yum cha restaurants. It turned out to be a surprise that pleased us with its quality and fragrant.Table setting was no frill with no menu nor order sheet. We visited Yum during the week, so there were not many people there. They prepared dishes quickly to order, which was nice. There was not a lot of variety for non-seafood eaters, but that was to be expected. One person in our group had a strong reaction to what we suspect was MSG in the food. I believe that Australian ingredients have enough flavor on their own and MSG is unnecessary, especially considering the negat... View all feedback.
