What sydneyguyrojoe likes about Gia Hoi:
I like this chain of Vietnamese food. They have Nam Veng noodles which is a hard dish to find but even though they don't make it exactly the way I like it it's still not too bad and they pack a lot in the bowl . Food came out fast and food prices are reasonable View all feedback.

read moreGia Hoi is a Vietnamese restaurant known for its hearty warm soupy meals and decent portions at good value. While some diners found certain dishes to be average or lacking in flavor, others highly recommended the rice and vermicelli dishes, particularly the grilled chicken. The Canley Vale location was preferred over the Bankstown one for its better food quality. The signature dish, Bun Bo Hue, at Gia Hoi was noted to be lacking in richness and flavor but other dishes like the Hanoi crab and shrimp spring rolls received praise. The ice coffee was a standout among the beverages. Despite some mixed reviews, Gia Hoi remains a popular spot for those seeking traditional tasty Vietnamese food in Sydney, with favorites like sugarcane prawn with rice vermicelli and crispy chicken with tomato rice receiving high praise. Overall, Gia Hoi is a go-to place for many families looking to enjoy authentic and flavorsome Vietnamese cuisine at reasonable prices.
