Authentic? Wasn't sure what to expect as I was told authentic Thai dishes don't have strong flavours like we do here. I ordered a Lamb Pad Thai. Very happy that I could have lamb in my Pad Thai! Though the first thing I noticed was how red/orange the noodles looked. After a mouthful, I have a belief this Pad Thai dish has tomato sauce as the base.
