It's great to have a local eatery literally around the corner, but I was a bit disappointed . Maybe the coffee is great ( a lot of people were stopping for coffee while walking their dogs). The tea was not good and our meals were average. The smashed avocado was enjoyable but the scrambled eggs were a bit weird and too salty.
