We arrived to no record of our booking, but they fitted us in anyway! Later found out, it was our mistake with the date!! We had the fixed price menu, which was really good. What Hugo Macias doesn't like about Le Fanal:
One of the worst restaurants I have visited in France. Always have high regards for French Michelin starred restaurants, but this one managed to change my perception in one night! Ordered a dinner set, 2 out of 4 dishes were overly salty and almost inedible....When feedback was given, restaurant was unapologetic and served us a worse version of the dish. Excellent cuisine, sought after. Soups well erect and well served. Very reasonable price at noon.

I've been living in banyuls for a year, and I finally found Fanal with a friend. Totally conquered by the reception, discretion and professionalism of staff. Sweets with candy that accompany coffee, the quality of cooking, fish and meat. Not to mention high-level house bread. And of course, a menu of amazing wines. I'm sorry about this enthusiasm. It's perfect.
