What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I called to place a delivery order for a Baraboo address on Galler Street, but was told they do not deliver to that part of the city. We then called Domino's, located next to them, and enjoyed a delicious pizza delivered right to our doorstep. It was a great experience. View all feedback.
Ordered a $30 purchase and was hung up on twice (once by the store manager) all because I called and asked why my order was taking over a hour to arrive. They said they ran out of bread. I said it would have been nice to be informed of this with a phone call or email. He said it was too busy to do any of that and hung up on me. Called again the store manager answered and I asked for the store manager and the previous guys name to report him. I then said it was rude to be hung up on and that an email or phone call about the situation would have been nice. I didn’t even get to finish my sentence before I was hung up on again. Called 2 more times from my personal phone to ask for a refund and they refused to answer. Had to call from my work phone to ask for the refund. My co workers and I order from them almost weekly and have NEVER experienced this disrespect before. Today they lost about 10 customers just from this whole experience. They should be ashamed of themselves and the representation they are giving Jimmy Johns. Disgusting!
Every time we order from this location in takes well over 45 minutes for delivery. Ordered a sub tonight at 5:50 and it arrived at 7:00. I understand things get busy, but this is a recurring issue.
Fast delicious! Didn't like the cuss words in the music in store.
Theres nothing freaky fast about a 45 minute delivery. Like the food but the local pizza places get here fatser.
Ordered tonight and my subs weren't made properly apparently easy mayo is double mayo and easy Dijon is no Dijon and leave the bread in means gut it highly disappointed had issues last week too orderd ahead of time for a delivery received a call 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered telling me it was gonna be late and had no idea when it was gonna be delivered and the young man on the phone sounded very disinterested and didnt even properly introduce the store store when he answered Disappointed in the service
