Chili's Grill - Barboursville

We did not expect to be so disappointed in our experience. And just know that what we got was not at all worth the $69 that we paid for our meals!(Unfortunately I had to give a star to post a review, which is the only reason they have 1 star)My husbands steak was burnt and hard, my steak was suppose to have been well done and was all pink inside. My daughter's chicken tenders, from the kids menu, were so hard she literally couldn't eat them. All of the loaded mashed potatoes that come with our meals were literally watery, soupy like, with no flavor at all. But spending almost $70 on a appetizer and 4 entrees to only eat the appetizer and one of the corn on the cob is rediculous and a huge waste of money!

Ordered a steak medium, it came out rare. It was then taken back to be recooked to well done. Also probably had the smallest table for 2 I've ever had in a restaurant.

As good as any other chili location. the food is good and the service is also good. it is next to mall and is not very busy in the rule, most I had to wait 30 min so not so bad

Delicious, they are usually really busy, but not to bad this time. Maybe a little short staffed but everywhere is now. They did awesome and the food was amazing.

This was my first visit to a Chilli's it was more than I expected and I liked it. We went with a party of 20 and they had our table ready very quick. I ordered a one pound bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos. The burger was good but nothing special and my jalapenos were capsaicinless and chopped up. So i just scrapped them off. My bacon cheese fries was the best I've ever had anywhere and the margarita was amazing. The waiter was one of the friendliest and most helpful waiter Linda. I'll definitely be back and do recommend.
