Unprofessional staff ! After waiting more than 2h I had to leave my hotel and drive until there to pick up the items. The staff was not honest and started to find a stupid excuse to justify the delay ... unlucky for them the receipt the app were saying otherwise. Back to the hotel, some items were wrong read more.
