"Traditional Catalan couisine in a Micheline style way. We took the Presentació tasting menu (snack, apertive, 5 small dishes, 2 small desserts . There were a few excellent dishes like the Duroc pork or the wild sea bass, yet some others had some areas if improvement (untasty, consistency,.. that could be negleted on most restaurants but not in a Michelin star one. "We went to taste the tasting menu. Very complete, it consists of 2 starters, 1 fish, 1 meat and dessert. Drinks, coffee and bread included. All exquisite. Product very well treated and cooked. Presentation of 10. All in a very pleasant environment. We had already tried the daily menu, which is 10. We saw dishes from the menu and rice dishes go by and I wanted to try it, we will be back for sure. We love Can Poal.
