I am not sure how this restaurant works, because when we went there, they gave us menus each with different kitchens. I chose steak cooked medium. when I got it, it was rare, almost raw. you would think that cooked it would be tender. but no, it was one of the hardest steaks I've ever eaten. it's a miracle that I'm not sick this morning. read more.
