Fantastic Hotel experience. Amazing service , friendly staff , well trained in speaking many languages . Great food and breakfast is until 11am if you sleep in they allow you even 10mims before closing . Some locals outside of the Hotel In Barcelona Centre ,are quite argumentative so be prepared after having all the service you want at Juan Carlos hotel . What Cloughie doesn't like about Polo Rey Juan Carlos I:
We used the restaurant once only during our stay, as you would expect the staff recommend it. It is outdoors overlooking the polo field. The food is cooked on a barbecue which creates a lot of smoke and whilst we were there people occupying the tables close to the cooking area asked to move tables because of all the smoke and fumes. The food was only average, the service was below average. I would not recommend it. View all feedback.
