Undeniably one of the best places in Bardhaman to organise picnic with your buddies. The place is very secure, full of trees and provides water supply and the best part is it offers washroom for both men and women. The area is very big and very peaceful. Jalkal Park is not actually a Park. It was a Water Treatment plant but it is right now inoperating state. In the past there was many types of water filteration machine and the entire process you could observ and enjoy. But it is now Jalkal Guest House(name Prantik) and Picnic Spot and it is now undertaking of Barddhaman Municipality.
