"Stopped by on a random Saturday while in town for the bourbon festival. Loved the social atmosphere and all the options for food. Our server was super knowledgeable but maybe a little too pushy about what she thought we should order. I don't know if there was a promotion for servers or something but it got to be annoying that every time we ordered, she had a comment to steer us to something else. Otherwise she was awesome. We got wings and chips and pico de gallo. The pico was a bit underwhelming and was mostly just tomatoes."

"On our recent visit to Bardstown, The Rickhouse was highly recommended. We loved everything about this restaurant. Excellent menu choices, beverages selection and the service was excellent. Even those who were not officially assigned to our table were very friendly making us feel like regulars! I loved the Hot Brown.... In KY, had to have it!"

"I myself and a friend of the lady went through Bardstown district and happened on this little jewel! Being out of town had never heard of the place. During the walk we noticed a humble meatball bottom on a customer table through the window and a smell in the air that caught us. So we went in. Nice that we did, the super super super pizza was amazing and the staff was just as pleasant. Will be back. Sidenote, the owner worked with the staff and made dishes the most time we were there and was very knowledgeable about the wine he produced in Bullitt where I come from."
