either the fruit/milk drinks or the tomato soup that made 3 out of 4 of us violently sick at night, we needed a day to recover without a trip to the canyon. I also had a massage in the hotel spa, the worst of many in my life. I guess she used ordinary vegetable oil, because my expensive hemd is permanently stained and ruined.
