disappointed by flunch with from the beginning the entrance with vinaigrette marks from the leclerc. To please me I took a plate of ham with bone that was already cut into a dish, fries and potatoes were cold. the welcome and the staff of the hot dishes were nice and pleasant from which my three star rating read more.

"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."
