I had placed an order on Boxing Day but due to high numbers, had to be refunded. I couldn’t see the refund in my account so called the restaurant. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The manager immediately offered to send me an order to replace the one from Boxing Day, which I was happy to do. Great customer service! View all feedback.

Asked for a pepperoni and kebab meat pizza and a chicken pizza got home and had a pepperoni pizza and a mushroom pizza staff wouldn’t listen when I told them it was wrong absolutely a joke View all feedback.
Disgusting how I was treated and spoken to after reporting faulty order . Asked for a new one called us liars!! First time users and last!!
Shocking got order wrong acceptable. Lying about it being dispatched. Threats after ordering regular for a while gone down hill staff there let it down
