"Wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner who was so warm and friendly! Food is delicious. I had the jerk chicken wrap with lettuce , tomatoes and a delicious pineapple salsa!! Well done! My wife had the fish and chips. Both were fresh.. the fish and fries were crispy and the Cole slaw was creamy and well balanced. We Overheard the people at next table say that the burgers they had were the best ever! Great service and all the staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. Five star plus! Highly recommend the Island Cafe and Grill. We’ll definitely be back!!"

"Hands down, the best gelato on Cape Cod. The word ambrosial fits. The lemon cream recipe is the pure heaven. Many parking spaces and outdoor and indoor seating. So an amazing place for some delicious treats."

"The beer is sooooo good! I especially love the blueberry beer and the hard lemonade! There’s lots of space inside and a super cute outdoor area. Everyone there is really sweet and hospitable it’s just a great spot to hang out! I will be back!!"
