giorgio is a gifted chef. the restaurant is simple and elegant and it is creatiw and funny. we had just finished a two-hour truffle tour and found four truffles; we gave one to chef giorgio and he beat the dishes that best through the truffle and my goodness, he was ever up! the wee was excellent and we will come back completely.
