Reservation for new years eve but they have no power. It's uncontrollable BUT they should have been calling everyone that had a reservation instead of letting customers make the trip downtown to see total darkness. They still sent out automated texts about reserved time slots, counting down the last 30 minutes. So un professional. View all feedback.
